General information on shipping:

Shipping days:
We ship Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays in the Federal Republic of Germany and / or public holidays in the (federal) state of Baden-Württemberg.

Shipping service provider:
We cooperate with the logistics service providers Deutsche Post / DHL / DHL Express / FedEx. The selection of the shipping service provider depends on the selected delivery address.

Express shipping:
We offer optional express shipping for the following delivery countries:
Via FedEx: Australia, Israel, Japan, Canada, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, USA
Note: Express shipping is only available for the following payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Amazon Pay

Type of package:
We always send all our packages insured and with a shipment ID that can be tracked at the respective logistics service provider.

Delivery time:
The delivery time is based on the product with the longest delivery time in your order, we do not make partial deliveries (unless otherwise agreed in advance).

Temporary higher delivery time

Delivery time Europe*: 10-20 days
Delivery times RoW**: up to 30 days

* Countries included in group "Europe":

EU members, Andorra, Great Britain, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City

** Countries included in group RoW:

RoW = rest of the world: all countries that are not included in the Europe group - except: North Korea (= Democratic People's Republic of Korea), Iran, Libya, Cuba, Syria, Somalia, Sudan and other countries to which shipping from Germany is prohibited.

In the case of deliveries to third countries (= outside the EU), any customs / import fees incurred must be paid by the recipient directly to the shipping service provider / the relevant authorities!

If a product is unexpectedly not available or there are delays, customer service will inform you immediately.


 

Payment:

We offer the following payment methods, depending on the country you are ordering from, individual payment methods may not be available:

1. Payment in advance
Availability: worldwide
Fees: depending on your bank


After ordering, you transfer the total amount within 7 days to our bank account listed in the checkout and in the order confirmation. If we do not receive the money within this period, your order will be automatically canceled.

Please note the following things when making your transfer:

 

    • Please always state your order number (starting with GG...) as the intended purpose (If you have not received an order number from the webshop, our customer service will provide you with a reference that you must state)

    • Carry out a separate transfer for each order - collective transfers for several orders cannot be assigned automatically, which is why it takes longer for your orders to be shipped!

    • Transfers from foreign bank accounts: For transfers from foreign (=non-German) bank accounts, fees may be incurred, which you must bear. For a correct transfer, the OUR fee setting must be selected! We recommend a SEPA transfer

Accidentally ordered the wrong thing? We can adjust payment in advance-orders afterwards, because your order will only be shipped after receiving your payment.


2. PayPal
Availability: worldwide
Fees: none

Register with PayPal or use your existing PayPal account and pay for your order with us quickly and securely. If the payment is successful, we will immediately receive a payment confirmation from PayPal and can continue processing your order immediately.
You can pay safely and easily with us via PayPal. During the ordering process you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. After completing the process, you will be redirected to our shop page to complete the order process. Payment by PayPal is also possible retrospectively to paypal@grenzgaenger-shop.com



3. Credit card via PayPal Plus
Availability: worldwide, the respective card systems vary by country
Fees: none

The invoice amount is debited from your credit card by PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account for this payment method.



4. Direct debit via PayPal Plus
Availability: only in Germany
Fees: none

PayPal debits the invoice amount directly from your German bank account. You do NOT need a PayPal account.



5. Purchase on account via PayPal Plus
Availability: only in Germany
Fees: none (except for late payment reminder fees)

Your order is released for shipping immediately after the order is placed. After placing your order, you have 30 days to transfer the invoice amount to PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account.

Please note that PayPal will only release a payment service for you after a short check. If you are not approved for this payment method, please try another payment method.



6. Cash on delivery
Availability: only in Germany
Fees: 14 € / per order

With cash on delivery you pay for your goods in cash upon delivery. So, when the DHL courier rings your doorbell, you must have the money (corresponding to the gross order value) at hand. The cash on delivery fee is 14.00 EUR.



7. Amazon Pay
Availability: worldwide
Fees: none

Pay fast and safe with your Amazon-Account linked payment method!


Payment failed?
If your payment has failed, you can subsequently send the invoice amount manually via PayPal to the following account: paypal@grenzgaenger-shop.com
You have to select "Goods & Services" as the payment type - please not "Friends & Family"!
Please enter the order number (starting with GG...) as intended use / comment.

HINTS:

NOTE: We generally ship as soon as possible after receipt of payment, but depending on the order volume, it may take 1-2 working days after receipt of payment until we hand over your order to our shipping service provider. Please be patient for this period before contacting our support regarding shipping.

REFUNDS: We always process refunds using the payment method that was originally used - if this is not technically possible in individual cases, we will contact you.
