Do you want to exchange a product?

If you want to exchange an item, please order it again in the shop in the correct variation (size/color/style) and follow the instructions below to return the wrong item. This ensures that you can immediately see which variations are still in stock and that you will receive the desired product in the shortest possible time and that you can get started as quickly as possible!

 

Do you want to return a product?

You can return your order or individual products within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.
(see right of withdrawal and withdrawal form).
You bear the costs of the return yourself - except in the event of a mistake which is our fault - so you can freely choose the shipping service provider.
Please note that we do not accept freight collect shipments! We recommend that you send the package insured, otherwise you will bear the damage if it gets lost.
The prerequisite for the return is that the product reaches us in proper condition, i.e. unused and carefully packed.

That's how it's done:

  1. Fill out the delivery note / return note
    Please indicate which products you are returning and why.
    If you no longer have the delivery note, please attach an handwritten letter with your order number and your customer number as well as the return instructions (refund or exchange, if the latter, please specify the desired article) with the package. 


  2. Pack the products & enclose the delivery note / return note
    Put all the products to be returned together with the delivery note / return note in one package and pack everything appropriately.


  3. Address & frank the package
    Send to the following address with the shipping service provider of your choice:

Did you receive a defective product?

If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service directly before returning the product - if possible, please send us an email to support@grenzgaenger-shop.com - and send us pictures of the damage to the item as well as the corresponding order number or your customer number. In case of occurring questions, please also send us a telephone number where we can reach you if necessary.

The customer service will check the case as soon as possible and will contact you about how to proceed.

If there really is a defect in the product, we will pay for the shipping cost of the return and exchange the defect product if possible. If a direct exchange is not possible, our customer service will offer you alternative products or a refund.
