Pit Mat XL

The Grenzgaenger Pit Mat XL is a large-format, highly functional protective mat that has been specially developed for regular maintenance, repair and cleaning work on motorcycles. With its extended dimensions of 200 x 240 cm, it offers a generous footprint that also provides sufficient space for tool trolleys and assembly stands in addition to the bike, without sacrificing maneuverability during transport.

The technical structure is based on a two-layer material combination. The upper side consists of a highly absorbent polyester fabric that has an absorption capacity of over one liter of oil per square meter. Dripping operating materials such as engine oil, fuels or cleaning agents are absorbed immediately. The underside has a thick, liquid-tight rubber coating. This coating blocks the seepage of chemicals into the substrate, protects the environment and keeps the workshop or garage floor clean. In addition, the rubber coating acts as a slip inhibitor, ensuring a secure footing even on slippery floors.

Due to its material properties and specifications, the environmental mat is officially approved and certified in accordance with the strict SVEMO and FIM regulations for cross and enduro racing. The product is manufactured directly in Germany in compliance with high quality standards.
