Shipping policy

Shipping Days:

We ship Monday through Friday, except on public holidays of the Federal Republic of Germany and/or public holidays of the state of Baden-Württemberg.

Carrier:

We ship with the logistics providers Deutsche Post / DHL / DHL Express / FedEx. The choice of carrier depends on the specified delivery address.

Express Shipping:

We offer optional express shipping for the following destination countries:
Via FedEx: Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, USA

Note: Express shipping is only available for the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Amazon Pay

Parcel Type:

We always ship all of our packages insured and with a tracking ID, which can be tracked with the respective logistics provider.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time in your order; we do not make partial shipments (unless agreed otherwise in advance).

Increased delivery times are currently to be expected.

Delivery time Germany: 5-10 days
Delivery time Europe*: 10-20 days
Delivery times RoW**: up to 30 days

* Countries included in the "Europe" group:
EU members, Andorra, Great Britain, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City

** Countries included in the RoW group:
RoW = Rest of the World: all countries not included in the Europe group - except: North Korea (=Democratic People's Republic of Korea), Iran, Libya, Cuba, Syria, Somalia, Sudan, and other countries to which shipping from Germany is prohibited.

For deliveries to third countries (=outside the EU), any applicable customs/import duties are to be paid directly by the recipient to the carrier / the respective authorities!

Should a product unexpectedly be unavailable or if delays occur, customer service will inform you immediately.
